Amarillo, Texas Metro Area

Onsite Service Call -

$20 Trip Charge + $75.00 per Hour

(one hour min. charge for Onsite Service)  Service Calls outside of Amarillo Metro will be charged a Mileage Charge of $1.00 per mile for total miles traveled.

In Shop Hourly Rate     $65.00 per Hour

Estimates:

Computers brought into our shop for repairs estimates will be charged $50.00 as a bench fee.  We will diagnose the problem and give a cost estimate.  If the repair is done by us, the $50.00 fee will be credited to the cost of the repairs.

Insurance Claim Forms:

Computers brought into our shop for repairs estimates to be submitted for insurance claims will be charged $75.00 for the estimate and completing insurance forms.  If the repair is done by us, we will credit $25.00 to the cost of the repairs.

Notice Concerning Repaired Items:

	You will be notified by phone and or mail when your repaired merchandise is ready for pickup
	Due to limited warehouse space, we request that you pickup your items at your earliest opportunity.
	All items not picked up within 30 days of notice WILL incur a storage charge of $50 per month or portion thereof.
	All items not picked up within 60 days of notice will be disposed of and all monies paid related to the items will be forfeited.
	We accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to any item(s) while in our shop
